“How long will my carpets take to dry?” This one of the most common questions we get asked, and one of the most difficult to answer! This is because the answer depends on a lot of different situations, including the weather outside, the type of carpet you have and the conditions inside your home. Wool carpets will always take longer to dry, due to the fact that wool is a natural fibre that will hold onto more water than a synthetic carpet fibre. In summer, with good air flow and a nice warm day, you are looking at around 4-6 hours to dry. In winter however, or on cooler days, dry times are longer. Our cleaning methods, using hot water for greater evaporation and very strong extraction to pull a lot of the water out of your carpet, ensures your carpets are dry faster, even on the coldest days!

Due the the nature of concrete which can absorb liquids & oils, some stains can be removed while others cannot. For rust stains, we use cleaning agents that neutralize the rust, making it easier to remove without damaging the concrete surface but we cannot guarantee it will always be completely removed.
