our SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We provide a customer satisfaction guarantee on all our services in our effort to provide top quality customer service & results.

We guarantee you will be satisfied with the results provided within reasonable & realistic expectations in the agreed & communicated scope of works, otherwise we will drop back in and do what we can within our ability to make it right!

Clauses:
Please also understand we provide cleaning as opposed to refurbishing/renewing surfaces & some staining and wear and tear cannot be removed or restored in the cleaning process therefore is beyond our ability to clean.  We will do our best to make you aware of these in advance if we notice the potential issues.
There are also some circumstances where the cleaning process will reveal deeper issues that may required further cleaning beyond the foreseeable scope of works & the original quote or that may not be fixable with cleaning such as extensive urine in carpets that has absorbed into the carpet underlay and subfloor. Another example could be previous improper cleaning processes that have left unsuitable chemicals in the carpet or on a surface & are having a destructive effect.
For window cleaning this could also look like paint, cement, glue, silicone, metal shavings, burning etc that were not able to be seen while dirty but show up as they are cleaned. These would not typically be cleaned during the process unless discussed as the require scope of works. Faded fly screens are another example of something that can have dirty look even when they are clean.

If it appears that the cleaning process was not executed successfully in the agreed and communicated scope of works we will more than happily drop back in and do what we can within our ability to make it right. Thats our guarantee.

It is our aim to have a long & positive customer relationship so please dont hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns post a cleaning job.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can all stains be removed?
Most stains can be removed but due the to chemistry of some fabric types and the dyes in the stains, some stains cannot be cleaned out.
  • How long will my carpets take to dry?
“How long will my carpets take to dry?” This one of the most common questions we get asked, and one of the most difficult to answer! This is because the answer depends on a lot of different situations, including the weather outside, the type of carpet you have and the conditions inside your home. Wool carpets will always take longer to dry, due to the fact that wool is a natural fibre that will hold onto more water than a synthetic carpet fibre. In summer, with good air flow and a nice warm day, you are looking at around 4-6 hours to dry. In winter however, or on cooler days, dry times are longer. Our cleaning methods, using hot water for greater evaporation and very strong extraction to pull a lot of the water out of your carpet, ensures your carpets are dry faster, even on the coldest days!
  • How often should I clean my carpets?
At Fresh Cleaning Gv, we recommend cleaning your carpets at least every 1-2 years. Regular carpet cleaning is essential to maintain a healthy living environment by removing dirt, allergens, and bacteria that accumulate over time. For households with pets, children, or high foot traffic commercial settings, more frequent cleanings every 3 to 6 months may be necessary to ensure optimal cleanliness and prolong the life of your carpets. Our professional services are designed to deliver deep cleaning results, eliminating tough stains and odours, and leaving your carpets looking fresh and revitalized. At the end of the day it all comes down to your personal preference.
  • What is DI/WFP window cleaning?
Our de-ionisation (DI) window cleaning system us mixed bed resin as the lifeblood for water-fed window cleaning. It works to purify the water (removing dissolved solids / minerals) to give a spot-free finish, providing for maximum cleaned windows. With the purified water, specialised detergent & 6-10m poles, we can reach hard-to-reach windows safely from the ground (in most cases) and provide exceptional results. This is also known as the Water Fed Pole (WFP) method & is very similar the the process used by professional solar panel cleaners. Many people in the window cleaning industry believe this is the future of window cleaning.
  • Can oil and rust stains be removed from concrete?
Due the the nature of concrete which can absorb liquids & oils, some stains can be removed while others cannot. Our professional cleaning services are equipped with specialized products and techniques designed specifically to tackle these stubborn stains. Oil stains typically require degreasers that can break down the oil particles and lift them from the concrete. For rust stains, we use cleaning agents that neutralize the rust, making it easier to remove without damaging the concrete surface but we cannot guarantee it will always be completely removed.
